      Because all of our products are handmade and created in small batches — often made to order — we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items at this time. This includes car diffusers, wax melts, candles, tees, and sweatshirts.

      Apparel is made in the style and size you choose, so we are unable to offer size-related exchanges. Scents and custom selections also cannot be changed once your order is made.

      If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or the wrong size/scent was sent by mistake, please contact us within 48 hours and we will be happy to make it right.
